IF you also get the message "Database Server not available, then try this.


You should check that your file shares / enable commands are correct on the
server.. With a client/server configuration the following would be enabled:

Enable WinCC project folder
Enable 'aplib' folder on the path: ...\siemens\WinCC with the name ScriptFct

and in addition, with the redundancy option, enable folder 'RedTemp' on the
path ...\siemens\WinCC
Note:
Enable commands are normally automatically set by WinCC, but it can happen
that they are reset by the operating system.


If none of this works then go to the Service & Support Website and submit a
request for help.
