Writing to a Modicon 984 with proworx 32

I have a project in front of me that I need to write to a couple Modbus address's and I'm not very familiar with the 984's and proworx32. So we were able to create a new file and pull from the PLC and was able to read from it. my question at hand we were able to find the registers that we want to make changes to... but don't know where to go from here. do we just do a write all, or is there another way to just do a live edit? We have an operator that some how through a zoid controller changed 2 start and stop points for 2 pumps to 0's. any information is is great.
