Hello,
We have a Sick profiler2 a 3d laser profiler vision sensor connected to a pasting robot. We recently have some problem with it. Sometimes it stops measuring suddenly and its display values freezes and if we connect to it by programming cable and want to see the camera view it is restarting.
I factory reset it totally and reprogram the setting but the problem still happens. Any idea?

We finally found that limiting the capture window could be the reason for the restart and if we process the whole image this problem does not occur. Of course, this is strange because at first this was not a problem and we had limited the image window with the help of the camera's capabilities to increase the processing speed.
