I am a software developer integrating into the Risco ProSys Alarm panel via the Modbus ACM module. My problem is that I am sending the panel a request register message, and no matter where I address it, it only returns me 00's as Data. Can someone please advice as my client is driving me up the walls !!

At www.modbus.pl you can find the Modbus Tester program. Using the tool you can diagnose if the problem is on the Master or Slave side.

We are an integrator and we try to connect Risco Prosys 40 panel with a BMS (Modbus protocol) using ACM card. I try to find information at Risco website about Modbus integration and I failed.
