these days we have a problem in our ammonia synthesis compressor about losing of oil in sealing system. I wanna know generally about the sealing system at first and then find the reason of problem.

I suggest that you go to the pump manufacturer for details. Depending on the age of the system it is likely that dirt was introduced in some way and scored the shaft.
