Alarm on GE Machine Frame 9E

How do I resolve this alarm: "Node CRM1_SVR detects link to REM1SVR is down".

One of my machines (online) is not displaying alarms. I have restarted the TCI and the CIMProj. I also restarted Mark VI. Yet is still not displaying alarms, and the above alarm kept coming up.

Please any idea on how to deal with this problem?
