PIQ Calculation

Please could someone explain how to calculate the PIQ output:
Where
let assume some input:
X=5
LL=0
HL=100
FF= 0.5
K=5
T=60
Tr=50
TS=off
Y=?

X= input
LL= low limit
HL=High limit
K= constant
T= time span
Tr= tracking signal
FF= feed forward signal
Ts= switch on/off

What is a PIQ calculation? You need to provide more information!

Thanks Mr. Mostia,

I would like to know what will be the out of this PIQ (proportional integral) controller if these above mentioned supposed parameters are inputs.
