REL 511 Configuration

We have ABB REL 511 with firmware version 2.0, and there is a problem in connecting to this protection relay. In other words, we can just send configuration to this relay, but we can not get config from this relay by using CAP 540 SP5. Is there any way to solve this problem? Can we update relay firmware to solve this problem? If there answer is yes, how can we do this?
