I and C Construction Estimation

I have been tasked with providing I&C related construction man-hrs (installation), equipment and materials costs, etc. for a project I have been working on. This is typically not part of my job description. We had a person who's job was specifically to do estimations but was let go due to company down-sizing. I am looking for any good information that could help me such as construction costs guides specific to Instrumentation and Control Systems, a good estimation template spreadsheet, or any other documentation you feel would be helpful.
