when the gas turbine stops different causions (ex, heat recovery system failure or turbine failure). we are encountering face to t5 temperature low after running. The weather temperature mines 10. I suppose that make turbine services man set to blade valves. The cold weather is falling down t5 temperature low limit. How to run machine don't set to blade valves? thanks
