From Control desktop I am trying to open Control Designer against an existing database/IFC controller. I am getting a message that it only supports UOC/IFC version 4.0 or greater. I was under the impression that in order to be seen in the control desktop the version was of such a revision that it was all good...Not sure where to go from here. I need to see the function blocks on the controller...

 

Have you gotten help for this? It is not real clear what is the problem. Do you have PROVOX controllers that are below version 4.0?
